Gentle Goodness’s products are shipped worldwide through FedEx International Delivery, and the delivery fees will be reflected upon check-out. Please note that there may be additional import duties fees, taxes, and other charges of the country to be borne by the Customer.

When Can I Receive My Order?

All orders placed at www.GentleGoodness.com will be shipped within 3~5 working days from Monday - Friday for orders received before 2.00 pm (GMT+8) from Singapore.

For local delivery, our standard local shipment can take 5~7 business days, excluding holidays or weekends.

For international delivery, it would range between 7~20 days. Further delivery details will be provided in our confirmation email.
